We want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out.

Our Return and Exchange Policy is as follows:

  • Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective products purchased from our website within 30 days from the original order delivery date are eligible for return or exchange.
  • Items that are discounted and/or marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • The return must arrive at our warehouse “as new”, in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging materials.
  • Your return package must include a printout of the original purchase receipt that was emailed to you, as well as the original packing slip that was included in the shipment to you.
  • Exchanges will be treated as returns, so the standard returns procedure and conditions will apply.
