Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be perfectly happy with your purchase and we understand that sometimes it doesn’t work out. However, please note that we do not accept returns that have been scratched, marked, damaged, or worn in any way.
Our Return and Exchange Policy is as follows:
- Only unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective products purchased from our website within 15 days from the original order delivery date are eligible for return.
- For discounted items, including items purchased with a promotional code or coupon code, we will deduct a restocking fee of $9.95 per item from your refund.
- Items that are marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
- The return must arrive at our warehouse “as new”, in the same condition that you received it, including all original packaging materials.
- Your return package must include a printout of the original purchase receipt that was emailed to you, as well as the original packing slip that was included in the shipment to you.
- You will receive notice that a full credit has been made once your return has been inspected and approved by our warehouse team.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that has been scratched, marked, damaged, or worn in any way. Refused returns will be shipped back to the customer.
- To make an exchange, please return your original purchase as described above, and then place a new order for a replacement item. The standard return procedure and conditions apply.
